ProjecTempo is a unique project management, time tracker and billing management system designed to help small and large businesses alike keep track of time spent on projects, schedule new jobs as well as manage recurring billing.
ProjecTempo is offered in two versions, as a hosted or downloadable web application solution. In this way you can choose a deployment option that suits your needs. You can either use it as an installed version on your own server or access an online version hosted at our secure data centre.

Allow users to track time spent on a by-client or by-project basis, apply for time off or sick leave and track overtime and under-time.

Review time expenses by-customer of by-project basis, view staff load and track project progress.

Specify staff rates and calculate project costs, specify billing rates and calculate revenue, calculate profit or loss by customer, enter details of recurring bills for licences, retainers, services or support.

Reporting
Filter that and issue reports in the way you need them, save reports and export them to CSV for viewing in Office Excel or iWork’s Numbers.
